The website is not an online store: purchases, binding vehicle reservations, and payments are not completed through the site. Any commercial transaction is agreed afterwards through the workshop's usual channels.

For consumer repairs, the legal warranty under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Act) applies where relevant: three months or 2,000 km for repairs, unless another statutory period applies.

5. Forms, enquiries, and appointments

By submitting a contact or booking form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and accept our Privacy Policy.

An online booking request is a appointment request subject to confirmation by the workshop. ADS Inversiones Futuras SL will confirm availability by phone, email, or another agreed channel.

Cancellation: you may cancel an appointment with at least one (1) day's notice by contacting the workshop.

Rescheduling: you may request a new date or time by contacting the workshop, subject to availability.

No-show: currently carries no financial penalty as no advance payment is required for online booking. This condition may be reviewed if deposits or advance payments are introduced in the future.

6. Stock vehicles

Vehicle listings are informational. Price, equipment, condition, availability, and sale terms are confirmed in person or through the workshop's official channels.

Images may not reflect the vehicle's exact current condition at all times. An in-person inspection is recommended before any purchase decision.

Consumer sales are subject to applicable legal warranties under the Spanish Consumer Act.

7. Auction advisory

ADS Inversiones Futuras SL may provide advisory and intermediation services for acquiring vehicles at professional auctions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ADS acts as the client's advisor. Specific conditions — fees, commissions, mandate, bidding limits, responsibilities regarding vehicle condition, and payments — are agreed case by case before starting the operation.

Information published on the website about auctions is not a binding offer or guarantee of bidding outcomes.

8. Blog, intellectual property, and content

Texts, images, logos, videos, and other website content are owned by ADS Inversiones Futuras SL or used with proper authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for private use or quotation with source attribution as permitted by law.
